The Welkom Technical High School's debating team had been invited to attend the second edition of the Cub Grill Schools Debating Championship, hosted by the debate union of the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. The event was held from Friday (22/09) to Sunday (24/09) and saw speakers from different regions in and around Gauteng and the Free State.
