Obtain first place in district as a team
The Welkom Technical High School’s (THS) Youth Citizen Action Programme (YCAP) team obtained a first position at the district elimination of the YCAP Competition, which was held at the Harmony High School in Virginia on 21 July. The THS team presented a topic on educating boys about teenage pregnancy and also putting a stop to the sexual objectification of girls.
