• Jasmin Bezuidt - Junior Support Commander

Thato and Amohelang are also competing at the Junior Commissioner Public Speaking competition today.

The results of the Provincial Skills Competition held in Bloemfontein

We are incredibly proud to announce that our dedicated staff and talented learners participated in the Provincial Skills Competition held in Bloemfontein on the 28th to the 31st of August, and they achieved fantastic results!

Our team displayed outstanding skills, passion, and hard work in every category, and their efforts have truly paid off. 

A big congratulations to all our participants for their dedication and perseverance. You have made us immensely proud!

Annual Skills Competition

District management team gives stamp of approval for skills competition. Exciting times at HTS Welkom as we are busy hosting the annual Skills Competition that is supported by the Department of Education!

Students are showcasing their talents across welding, construction, automotive, and EGD.

1st place in Bloemfontein Eskom Expo

THS took 1st place in Bloemfontein Eskom Expo for young people on the 9th and 10th of May in Bloemfontein. This was a competition open to all Free State schools. They won a cash prize of R10 000 for the school. Lihle Xaba and Nkosi Kutyunga built and modified a water filter project.
