OONDGEREG
(Schalk Pienaar)
Bestanddele:
6 groot aartappels
2 botterskorsies (butternut)
1 groot ui
1 pakkie bruin uiesop
Kaas gerasper
1 pakkie gesnipperde spek
Frikkadelle (opsioneel)

Metode
Skil aartappels en sny in magtige skywe
Sny botterskorsies in skywe
Sny ui in ringe
Plaas een laag aartappels, dan 'n laag botterskorsies en dan
uie totdat alle bestanddele gebruik is
Gooi aangemaakte bruin uiesop oor en strooi stukkies
gebraaide spek, asook die kaas oor.
Sit frikkadelle in die hoek van die pan (opsioneel)
Maak die oondpan toe met foelie.
Bak in oond vir 45 minute - 1uur.
Hou maar altyd die gereg dop.

KOK (kreatiewe oorskiet koekies).

Bestanddele
Kos wat oorgebly het, in klein stukkies gesny
Meel soos nodig
Drie eiers
Sout en peper na smaak,
Worcestersous
Ouma Ball se blatjang

Metode
Meng hierdie bestanddele goed en plaas lepelsvol in pan wat reeds warm olie het.

Pastei-deegkors

Bestanddele
1 koppie bruismeel
½ koppie smash
½ koppie water
½ olie
½ teelepel bakpoeier
Sout na smaak.

Metode
Meng al die bestanddele saam.
Druk mengsel in oondpan, sit enige vulsel op.
Bak 45minute @ 180 grade C

Poppits
(Schalk Pienaar)
Bestanddele
200ml koekmeel
10ml bakpoeier
1 eier
125ml olie
125m melk

Metode
Skep ½ van die bestanddele in muffenpannetjie.
Skep halwe teelepel gaar vleis, fyn gesny, bo-op.
Gerasperde kaas - opsioneel.
Bak @180 grade vir 20 minute.

Beker-nagereg
(Schalk Pienaar)
Bestanddele
60ml koekmeel
60ml suiker
30ml kakao
1 eier
45ml melk
45ml olie

Metode
Meng al die bestanddele saam en skep in 'n beker.
Bak 3 minute op hoog in die mikrogolf.
Voel bo-op, as dit nog klam is, mikrogolf dan nog 'n klein bietjie langer.
Wenk: Gebruik groot beker, sodat dit nie oorkook nie.


PANBROOD
(Schalk Pienaar)
Bestanddele:
4 koppies meel
¼ teelepel sout
4 teelepels bakpoeier
2 eetlepels olie + louwater

Metode
Meng alles en plaas in oliegesmeerde pan.
Bak stadig in 'n pan vir 30 minute op die stoof.
Draai om en bak die anderkant.




















GARLIC BUTTER BREADSTICKS

 INGREDIENTS
 Pizza Dough I used left over from the Spinach Stromboli)
1/2 cup butter melted
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tablespoon parsley
about 1 cup mozarella cheese
about 1 cup Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your baking Stone to 500. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder, salt and parsley. Spread over dough. Bake 8-10 minutes. Top with your choice of cheese and place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
  

ECLAIR CAKE

Oh my goodness…. I have an OBSESSION with this Eclair cake.  It is absolutely DIVINE!  And guess what?!..it is SO simple to make!  It does need to refrigerate it over night, so plan accordingly. This is my       go to recipe for parties and get togethers.  Everyone ALWAYS asks for the recipe… well, I am going to       let you in on the secret so you can impress your friends and family, too!


This cake is no bake and so easy to make! A crowd favorite

Recipe type: Dessert

INGREDIENTS
2 (3.4 oz) packages Vanilla Instant Pudding mix, dry
3½ cups whole milk
12 oz. cool whip
2 (14.4) oz packages graham crackers
- FROSTING -
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend milk and vanilla pudding packets for about 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip.
In a 9x13 pan, Layer graham crackers to cover entire bottom of pan. You may need to cut and shape the crackers to fit nicely.
Pour half of pudding/cool whip mixture on top and level.
Put another layer of graham crackers to cover entire surface. Cut and shape crackers accordingly.
Put the second half of pudding/cool whip mixture on top and level.
Put the final layer of graham crackers on top with bumpy side down. This will help the top look more smooth when you go to put the frosting on top. Once again, cut and shape crackers accordingly to avoid pits and cracks.
FOR THE FROSTING: Microwave butter and milk just enough so that they are melted together. You do not need to boil it. Add cocoa and powdered sugar and blend together. This will be a runnier frosting/glaze. Pour over top of graham crackers and smooth out nicely. (**I usually double the frosting recipe)
Refrigerate overnight and Dig in!

Maklike koekstruif vir die nuwe jaar!

1 pakkie rooi jellie
1 pakkie groen jellie
½ koppie Cape Velvet (of enige romerige likeur)
1 medium sponskoek
2 koppies Ultramel vla
1 x 410g gemengde vrugte/perskes in blokkies gesny
½ koppie neute
1 x 410g pynappelstukke

Maak die jellie aan soos aangedui op die pakkie.
Laat stol.
Sny die sponskoek in blokkies.
Plaas die helfte van die koek in 'n deurskynende bak.
Sprinkel die likeur daaroor.
Skep die helfte van die jellie bo-op, gevolg deur die vrugte.
Herhaal die proses.
Rond af met styfgeklopte room saam met rooi en groen kersies/bessies/aarbeie
