Flashback Friday: 2012 Met Bill Clinton in America

 

It's not who you are, it's who you know ... Sibusiso Tshabalala (left), former junior mayor of  Matjhabeng, met Bill Clinton, former president of the United States, on a visit to America. Sibusiso is a third-year student of the University of the Free State.

Sibusiso was also headboy of Technical High School in 2009.
