Think about it: Poor sportsmanship ...

Team members with poor sportsmanship learned from their parents to be toxic and it is not acceptable. The goal should be to teach them to only ever encourage and raise their teammates up.
Self centered and self absorbed comparison of self to others in order to make self look better only fosters negativity and intentional hurt.
