Labelling...

Looking At People Today, More Specifically In Our Country, I Honestly Do Not See A Way Forward If We Continue To Classify Each Other Under Certain Hierarchies.

People Have Become So Accustomed To Labelling And Grouping Each Other That It Has Blurred The Line Between Preference And Stereotype.

Feminism, A System Implemented To Help Empower Women, Has Become Distorted Is Now Used To Advocate Black Women From White Women On Their Day To Day Struggles In Life And How One Group Is More Privileged From The Other.

Classism And Ethnic Groups, Logistical Tools Used To Regulate People Based On Economic Principles In Order To Address Short-Comings And Upliftment, Has Become A Way Of Showing Bias Towards Others Based On Financial Status And Skin Colour, Moreover Based On Social Background.

And So It Goes On. I Have Never In My Life Seen Anything More Absurd. In Recent Times, Every Label That Is Subjected To A Society Ends Up Being A Racial Debate Or Grounds For Discrimination Based On A False Sense Of Entitlement. What Worries Me Is The Endless Cycle Of Hate That Is Perpetuated Throughout The World Linking To Events Past. I Feel That If We All Believe That We Were Created In The Image Of God, To Live And To Prosper In His Image, Then Surely Nothing Can Stop Us From Uniting And Working Together Towards Productivity In Unison For A Better Tomorrow Regardless Of The Colour Of Your Skin. It Is Surely Not Allah's Will For Us To Exist In Fear And Hatred For Our Fellow Man. In The End, All We Do Is Work Against Each Other And Surely You Cannot Hope To Achieve The Buddhist Enlightenment Without Following His Virtues. At The End Of The Day, The Blood That Runs Through Our Veins Is All Red, The Colour Of Love And Compassion. The Marvel That Is Our Anatomy, The Same Mystical Design. Surely We Are All Birds Of A Feather, Destined To Flock And Grow Together With The Thought Of A House United Standing Tall.

It Is My Belief That No One Entity Is Better Than The Next. Without The Soil, The Tree Would Not Grow To Produce Oxygen For Man. In Some Way, We All Depend On Each Other To Survive, Everything Else Is Unnecessary. Let's Move Forward Together, Hand In Hand, Black, White, Coloured, Hispanic, It Doesn't Matter. All These Labels Do Is Shackle Us To The Darkest Confines Of Our Minds Where Tranquility Will Never Be Achieved.
