Department Road Safety Debating Competition

Thato Manaka grade 9 was selected to represent the Lejweleputswa district in the Department Road Safety Debating Competition in Aldam (Ventersburg). He was the only one selected from HTS Welkom. He has been selected to represent the Free State province at the national Road Safety debating competition which will feature the best speakers from the country.
